The Classic is our flagship roast and it is certified organic by the USDA. Β It has that high caffeine contact you expect from a light roast, but with a low acidity that is quite surprising.
It all started with the notion that the best cup of coffee could be obtained if every level of development was placed under control by a single operational model. This would allow the flexibility to fine tune any part of the process to avoid limiting the control of quality. From soil content to final delivery, Free Wheel controls all aspects of the coffee, making sure that every single detail is covered to quantify the best tasting cup of coffee ever conceived. From the initial harvest of the coffee trees, we make sure that all beans are hand picked and roasted in an antique roaster. The beans are then packed in a recyclable flavor sealed package.
